Disney Day 2

Day 2 was probably our busiest day. We started out at Hollywood Theaters, then went to Animal Kingdom and finally finished the day out at Magic Kingdom for the Spectro Magic Parade.
The kids loved the Muppets show & the giant Kermit.

We had lunch at Hollywood & Vine with some of the Playhouse Disney characters.

Micah loved Jojo!

Micah kept trying to take Leo's glasses off.

McKinney really enjoyed dancing with June.

Now we are at Animal Kingdom & McKinney loved all the different animals.

This was really cool. It was a hippo totally under water. Robbie was really amazed at this!

Micah loved his snacks & his Tigger hat!

When we were leaving Animal Kingdom we came upon one of the "shows". The kids enjoyed shaking pompoms with Minnie & Mickey!

When we got back to Magic Kingdom there was a beautiful rainbow stretching across the sky. How cool is that??

I think the highlight of the trip for me was seeing the looks on my kids faces during the Spectro Magic Parade. It was amazing for me & they were truly mesmerized.

Disney Day 1

Well - it is day one & the kids took a quick look at the pool before heading out to Magic Kingdom!

In the parking lot, Rebekah was very excited.
This is our first glimpse of Magic Kingdom.

When we got through the gate and up to the castle, there was a show going on. The kids (and myself) were mesmerized.

Spectacular.

Here we are at Storytime with Belle. McKinney wanted to ask her a question so bad - He wanted to know where her horse was.

Rebekah was chosen to participate in the show. She was Mrs. Pott's. This was very special to her since Belle is her absolute favorite princess.

When it was over - she was very pleased with herself.

Priceless!

On to Toontown where they kids got their first closeup glance of Mickey & Minnie. McKinney loves Minnie. She is his favorite character & kept commenting on how "cute" Minnie was!!

Again, Priceless.

Rebekah loved Minnie's house.

Our first character meal was at the Crystal Palace. What a great way to start the trip!!

Micah loved Tigger's tail.

After our dinner we were leaving the park as the the Halloween Party was gearing up. The castle looked beautiful!

McKinney is FIVE!!!

This year we had McKinney's birthday party at Funopolis. We ate pizza, played mini-golf, climbed the Spider Zone, and did many other fun things. Here are a few pictures of that super fun party!!

Finally - opening presents!! To be a kid again!!

Today I took a cookie cake up to McKinney's school for his birthday since they will be on Fall Break on his actual birthday. He loved having Micah & me there. After eating the cake we were able to join him for music class. Be sure to watch the video at the end (with your volume on)!!

And this is Gretta. He cannot keep his hands off of her. I saw him several times sneak a kiss on her cheek.
